The marble bathroom was luxuriously spacious and bright.
The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, hindering my sleep. I also found the breakfast options very limited, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. Moreover, I expected more from the staff regarding attentiveness. they seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive to my requests.

excellent stay but minor improvements needed
The staff delivered exceptional service making us feel truly welcome. The room was immaculately clean with modern amenities that enhanced our comfort. Additionally, the stunning garden view from our room added to the ambiance, providing a peaceful escape in the heart of the city.
The breakfast options were limited compared to the overall quality of the hotel.

I was greeted with refreshing snacks and a warm towel after my long flight, instantly making me feel at home. The spa offered fantastic relaxation options like a soothing full body massage and a cozy foot massage. The only downside was that the TV remote could have used new batteries, but honestly, that’s just a minor thing compared to how great my stay was. 🌟

i thought i was arriving at a high-end hotel, but the breakfast options were underwhelming, and the staff woudl ve been more attentive to my requests. honestly, all i wanted was a complimentary welcome gift for the trouble. i almost considered giving a good review, but i just couldn’t, with all this mediocrity.

Amazing service in a cozy place!
I loved how personal the service was here. the GM even welcomed me in the library! The breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries and a special veggie option. Plus, my room had this super comfy bed. Only thing was, it got a bit noisy at night from the A/C.
